An important element in our prototype to production support is our Quick Turn Around (QTA) service. Sunshine Global Circuits offers QTA for Rigid PCB's with 16 layers or below and standard technology (single lamination). QTA turn times may be as fast as 10 weekdays.
To support our customer's design and prototype requirements, Sunshine Global offers QTA service with 10 day turns for most technologies. We do run across a wide variety of materials and requirements, so the exact lead times may need to be adjusted for each order depending on the technology and order quantity.
Please engage with us early in the design process so we can provide the stack-up and impedance modeling, and to make sure the material will be available at the time of order.
Sunshine Global Circuits understands the sensitivity of time in the QTA cycle. Therefore, our services include Same-Day quoting and local technical support in the USA. We continuously improve our efficiency in handling DFM and EQ's (engineering questions) during the Front-End and tooling phase. Our factory engineering and local FAE team work together to provide prompt support to minimize the time to market for your products.
